These Terms apply to businesses taking part in the closed beta of the Proboot ERP system. Your first sign-in to the system means you accept these Terms.
1. What the beta is
- The participant gets access to the system before its official launch, and Proboot gets feedback from a real factory.
- Proboot selects participants from applications on the website. Sending an application does not guarantee participation.
- The beta lasts until paid plans launch; the expected schedule is on the Pricing page. We will give at least 30 days' notice before the beta ends.
2. Cost and discount
- Using the system is free during the beta.
- After paid plans launch, beta participants get a 40% discount on the current plan price. The discount applies as long as the subscription is paid without interruption.
- Moving to a paid plan is voluntary. If the participant declines, access ends on the day the beta ends.
3. The system is provided "as is"
- The beta may have bugs, interruptions, and changes to features and interface without notice.
- Proboot does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for losses or lost profits related to using the beta.
- We back up data, but recommend keeping your existing records while the beta lasts.
- Proboot ERP is not software for tax accounting or reporting.
4. What the participant does
- Uses the system in their business and reports bugs and suggestions.
- Does not give access to anyone outside their business.
- Does not copy the system, does not try to access other users' data and does not publish screenshots of unreleased features without Proboot's consent.
- Is responsible for the lawfulness of the data they enter, including their employees' and customers' data.
5. Participant data
- All data a business enters into the system belongs to that business. Proboot does not share it with third parties and uses it only to run the system and provide support.
- Demo mode data may be reset at any time.
- Data is kept when moving to a paid plan. If participation ends, we export the participant's data on request and delete it from the system 30 days later.
- Personal data is processed in line with the Privacy policy.
6. Feedback
Proboot may freely use participants' comments and suggestions to develop the system, without compensation. We name a business publicly as a beta participant only with its consent.
7. Ending participation
A participant can leave the beta at any time by writing to support@proboot.app. Proboot may end access for a participant who breaches these Terms, or end the beta with 30 days' notice.
8. Other
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. The parties resolve disputes through negotiation. We announce changes to the Terms in the system or by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
