How much does it cost?
While the beta lasts, the Start plan is free and you can begin today. After the beta, from $55 a month billed yearly or $69 billed monthly. All plans and limits are on the Pricing page.
How long does it take to get started?
Start goes live in a few hours. We move your models, customers and stock, set up the system and show your people how to use it. Production keeps running as usual the whole time.
Everything we have is in Excel and notebooks. What happens to it?
Keep it all: we move your models, customers and stock from your spreadsheets. Before the start we recommend a stock count, so the system begins with real numbers rather than the ones in the file.
Our stitchers don't sit at computers. Who will enter the data?
Nobody has to sit at a computer. Pairs are scanned at packing with a phone camera, the supervisor marks stages from a phone. Each worker sees their own jobs, rates and earnings in their account. Everyone picks their interface language: Ukrainian, Russian or English.
What equipment do I need?
A phone or computer for the owner and manager. For packing: a label printer and a phone camera or barcode scanner. On the shop floor a phone or tablet at the workstation is enough.
How is Proboot different from 1C, BAS or Excel?
Proboot is built on ten years of work with footwear factories. Size runs, tech cards with norms for every size, and batches moving through stages from cutting to packing are there from day one, with no programmer and no custom development. See the comparisons with 1C (BAS) and Excel for details.
Will Proboot replace our accounting software?
No. Proboot handles management accounting: orders, stock, cost per pair, settlements with customers and suppliers, payroll. Keep tax reporting in BAS or your other accounting software; it can pull orders and shipments from Proboot via the API.
Is it right for a small workshop?
Yes. The Start plan suits small workshops and contract manufacturers for brands alike: orders by size run, labels, stock and shipping without reorganising the shop floor. When you grow, move to Workshop and all your data stays.
Who will see our prices and customers?
Only your staff, each within their permissions. Every factory's data is isolated at the database level. Support enters your system only with your permission, and every such login shows in the log. Encrypted backups are made daily. Details in the Security section.
Does it work with Nova Poshta and online stores?
Yes. Nova Poshta waybills are created straight from the order, and the system pulls shipment statuses by itself. We build the integration with your store on request, and your store can read finished goods stock and order statuses via the API.
